Emma has been around motorsport for many years, she grew-up in the village of Silverstone and began working at the Circuit from an early age; cutting her teeth as a race team co-ordinator with Prodrive, she worked in a number of Formula before moving on to work with Silverstone Circuits during the early transformation in 1991 and subsequent safety update in 1994. Many will have got to know Emma as a volunteer BRDC Marshal, under the watchful eye of Silverstone Syd, until finally hanging up her marshalling flag after being guest official at The Race of a Thousand Years in Adelaide in 2000.
A member of the Club since the early 80s, Emma has taken part in a few cabarets and has served a number of terms on the Committee before becoming Chairman in 2018. She is now a consultant in the Advanced Engineering Sector and a Judge for F1 in Schools.
